Learning Objectives: Week of 3/22

It has been a great week! I’m so happy we are getting back to normalcy! Thank you for helping your child come to school everyday prepared with: Ipad/headphones, and Take Home Folders! I hope you have a great weekend! 

Next Week's Learning Objectives: 
*Math: finish Chapter 13 Customary Measurement of Length
*During Language Arts, we will research women who have made a difference in our world. Students will pick a woman they will research to learn more about and then complete a biography on their woman. Then students will have an opportunity to present to the class their biography! *IPADS will be used for research!
*Writing: Poetry
*Social Studies: Woman History Week

Reminders
*Homework will begin next week. Parents are asked to initial each evening upon completion on homework sheet provided :)
*Today students are coming home with a plastic egg and information for a fun egg activity. These are due next Wednesday 3/24.
*Next week: Wednesday is a half day; no school Thursday and Friday due to virtual parent teacher conferences.

Learning Objectives: Week of 3/15

I will see you all on Thursday at NPE! I hope you have a great start to your week at home! I will send student work lists in Seesaw Monday-Wednesday mornings!

*Spelling: Syllable Pattern words (we can break long words into smaller parts/syllables to read them easier)
*Conventions: Adverbs that Tell When and Where (adverbs help adjectives)

*Social Studies: Spring

*Please don't forget ALL of the following is needed at NPE: your GREEN math folder, PURPLE language arts folder, BLUE writing folder, TAKE HOME folder, water bottle, snack, CHARGED ipad and headphones.
